AYT Enterprise - Policy for Elevator Services
1. Scope of Services
AYT Enterprise provides professional elevator sale, installation, maintenance, modernization, inspection, and emergency repair services for residential, commercial, and industrial clients.
2. Service Hours
- Standard Service Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
- Emergency Service: 24/7 availability for urgent repairs (additional fees may apply)
3. Response Time
- Non-Emergency Calls: Responded to within 1–2 business days
- Emergency Calls: Technician dispatched within 2 hours (typically faster depending on location)
4. Maintenance Policy
- Preventive maintenance is performed according to manufacturer recommendations and regulatory requirements.
- Clients will be notified in advance of scheduled maintenance visits.
- A signed service report will be provided after each visit, detailing work performed and any recommendations.
5. Client Responsibilities
To ensure safe and efficient service, clients are expected to:
- Provide clear access to the elevator machine room and equipment
- Notify our office of any issues immediately
- Keep elevator areas free of obstructions or unauthorized modifications
- Follow posted elevator usage instructions and load limits
6. Payment Policy
6.1 General Terms:
- AYT Enterprise requires a formal quatation approval or signed agreement before initiating any project.
- All Payment terms must be prior to the commencement of work.
6.2 Payment Structure: For Elevator Installation (New Project):
- 50% Advance Payment upon contact signing.
- 30% Progress Payment after delivery of equipments to the site.
- 15% After installation Completion
- 05% Final Payment after testing, commissioning and client handover.
6.3 For Maintenance Contract:
- Monthly, quarterly, or annual payment as per contract.
- Payment are due within 7-Dyas of invoice issuance.
6.4 For Repair / Service Call:
- 100% payment upon job completion.
- For Major repair, a 50% advance may e required.
7. Cancellations and Rescheduling
- Appointments may be rescheduled with 24 hours’ notice without penalty.
- Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may incur a service fee.
- Maintenance contracts require 30 days’ notice for cancellation.
8. Liability
- AYT Enterprise is fully insured.
- We are not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, vandalism, or unauthorized repairs.
- Clients are responsible for securing building access and safety during service calls.
9. Warranty
- New installations include a 12 month warranty (based on equipment type).
- Repairs are covered under a 30-day warranty on labor and parts (unless otherwise specified).
10. Confidentiality
- Client information, blueprints, and access codes are kept confidential and are used only for service purposes.
11. Dispute Resolution
- If a client is dissatisfied with any part of the service, they should contact our office within 7 days of the visit.
- We will make every effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly.
